ORDER CHANGES

Can I change my order after purchase?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is dispatched and a tracking number is generated, no changes can be made.

I entered the wrong email address. What now?

No worries. Just send us an email with the subject “Update Information” and include your correct email address. We’ll update it as soon as possible so you don’t miss any purchase updates.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, if the order is still being processed. Send us an email with the new address as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make changes to the delivery details.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Once payment is confirmed, your order goes through a preparation phase that may take 3 to 10 business days. After it's shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking code via email.

When will the tracking start working?

The tracking code will activate 3 to 10 business days after your purchase. If it shows "item not found," please wait a few days — this delay is normal while logistics systems update.

What is the delivery time for products?

Our products ship from logistics centers in Europe, Asia, or the USA. The average delivery time is 22 business days, but it may vary between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on your location and the volume of deliveries during the period.

Is the shipping reliable?

Yes. We work with international logistics partners and Correios (Brazilian postal service). The entire process is tracked and guaranteed.
